Build your ideas.

FUSE is a Makerspace prototyping lab that supports the economic and educational development of the local community by allowing you to take your idea from start to prototype.

The center will not only support the community as a Makerspace for product development and prototyping, but will also foster excitement and growth in the Albuquerque
Innovation district downtown by:

  • Providing a space for innovators to build their products.
  • Creating jobs for the local economy.
  • Supporting new businesses and entrepreneurs in Central New Mexico in the design of new products and technologies.
  • Providing training and education for CNM students and the community.
  • Providing training and events for local schools to stimulate creative thinking.
  • Partnering with the community and organizing local events downtown to promote making, education and business development.

Community Makerspace — Coming in 2015

Explore, design, and create physical forms in our Community Makerspace.

The Makerspace provides members of the local community – from students to hobbyists – a place to explore, design, and physically build things using manufacturing equipment that most individuals don’t own. Our equipment and educational programs are uniquely tailored to fit the needs of the local community.

Entrepreneurs and business developers can use the FUSE Makerspace to develop prototypes of their products.

Contact us with ideas for improving the Makerspace or to learn more about entrepreneurial memberships.
