Earn an Associate's Degree in Business Administration in 15 months.

The STEMulus Center has partnered with CNM's School of Business and Information Technology to offer this Fast Track Associate's Degree in Business Administration that you can earn in less than two years.

The program is taught by highly qualified faculty from CNM’s School of Business and Information Technology with a background working in the industry. The fast track format was designed by full-time faculty who will work as a team to integrate and teach the curriculum using the Competency Based Education approach.

Admission Requirements

Prior to being accepted into the Fast Track Business Administration program, you’ll need to complete one of the following:

  • Take the free Accuplacer exam at CNM (Accuplacer scores cannot be more than five years old).
  • Submit official ACT or SAT scores (no more than five years old) to CNM’s Enrollment Services.
  • Submit official transcripts for previous college or university coursework to CNM’s Records Office.

Educational Opportunities

The Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration is accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business School Programs (ACBSP). This program is fully transferable to Eastern New Mexico University’s Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences online degree.

Dates

  • Fall 2015 Start Date: Monday, August 31

Classes are offered in 7 week blocks (three classes per block) two evenings a week (with additional online course work).

Application Deadlines

  • Fall 2015: July 20, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.

Class Schedule

Classes are held two nights a week from 5:30 p.m. to 8:20 p.m. and also include online work.

  • Fall Cohort Days: Tuesday and Thursday
  • Spring Cohort Days: Monday and Wednesday

Program Sequence

Students in the program will take a total of 3 classes each block.

In order to be accepted into the program, you must submit an application (including a Participation Essay).

With the exception of the capstone course (which is 1 credit hour), all the program courses are 3 credit hours.
